Do you ship overseas?

Yes - our unofficial slogan is ‘From Africa to the World’. However, we advise you to look into custom duties on tea imports into your country.

Please note: Importing Tea Leaves is strictly prohibited in Sri Lanka and Colombia.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery time is different for each destination, and is dependent on the postal services and custom conditions in the receiving country. All orders within Nigeria will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Are your products taxed?

No, we do not charge any additional taxes with payment. However, some countries might charge additional taxes (Value-Added Tax, for example) when you receive the parcel. For specific country information, please contact the customs authority in your country.

This is a gift. Do you have a gift service?

Absolutely! Colour us biased, but we think our Teas and Tea Wares make for excellent gift items. Just add a note to the ‘special instructions’ section while ordering, and we will make sure to hide the price of your gift on the packaging slip. For a small premium, we also have an optional gift wrap option, complete with a note and everything ;).

How long does it take for the products to be shipped out?

All non-gift items will be shipped out within two business days. Processing times for gift items and customized mugs will be communicated on an individual basis.

Can I alter my order/change my delivery address?

Definitely. As long has the order has not been processed and dispatched, anything is possible. Please send us an email at info@teaandyoucompany.com and we will be happy to help.
